Shipping Terms and Conditions:
At Bo Stegall | The Collection we look to make shipping as easy as possible. We process orders and will do our best to ship products at the specified timeframe promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. (though special circumstances sometimes arise). Please note we cannot control postal delivery times or delays, and are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns. We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural environmental factors. All orders are shipped via USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered. Orders will be shipped within our “14-21 business day processing policy.” Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier (under certain circumstances.). All shipping costs within the US will be charged flat fee regardless the order. If any order exceeds our largest flat rate box, causing double shipment extra charges can apply due to extra postage.
nternational Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Be advised Bo Stegall | The Collection can not control customs and delays and are not reliable for lost or stolen packages.Invoices are sent with all shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to the HeadQuarters of Bo Stegall | The Collection due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or if the customer was not available to receive their order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and re-delivery costs. We ship to the mailing address provided at checkout, also listed on your order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong, or incorrect address will be re-shipped at the buyers expense. Please double check that your address is correct to avoid any issues. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. o refunds will be issued for refused, lost or abandoned shipments.
Items not in stock We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will go on and ship the rest of the items in your order. An Email notification will be sent specifying which item is out of stock and the refund details.
